Shipping

All orders are sent with tracking and usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Choose from either Australia Post Standard Shipping (includes tracking) or Australia Post Express Post at checkout.

If there is a difference in shipping charges, any excess will be refunded.

Orders will be shipped within 3 days after your payment has cleared. Please Make Sure Your Address is Correct.

An order, once in the mail, can not be cancelled.
As orders are shipped from Australia, estimated delivery time for Standard International Post is 10-30 business days but could be delayed at customs. If your local post office has attempted to deliver your item, please contact them to arrange pick up.

Allow extra time during holiday seasons, busy times of the year.
The buyer is responsible for any customs, duty or taxes charged by your country. We cannot be held responsible for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. Please investigate these prior to purchase if you have concerns.

Returns and Refunds

I gladly accept returns, just Contact me within 14 days of delivery for details.

You, the buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

I will not refund if you choose the wrong sized items. Please ensure you carefully read the measurements of each item before purchasing. Every item has the measurements listed in the description. If your items are damaged on arrival, (Breakages will require a photograph for proof), I am happy to replace them if contacted within 10 days of receipt via email at caitlin@cldminiatures.com

Digital Downloads/ Printables

For Digital Downloads, No Physical Item will be sent. They are ready to be downloaded and printed.

Photo prints are from original photography by me, Caitlin, from CLD Miniatures. Once printed and trimmed to size, the prints could be framed or hung as a poster on the walls of your mini dollhouse. Perfect size for 1:12 scale or could also be used in 1:6 scale settings.

What's included in the ZIP File:

1 PDF A4 size (photo/item sizes will be shown in each listing)
1 PDF US Letter size (photo/item sizes will be shown in each listing)
Resolution 300 DPI for high quality prints.

Instructions:
Complete checkout and instantly download the files. Once you have paid for your order, Shopify will send you an email with a download link. Once downloaded, right click on the zip file and click extract files to get both paper size PDF's.

If you have any issues, please contact me.
Print on your home printer or with a printing service. For best results print on Matte Photo paper.

Please Note:
Colors will vary depending on monitor, printer and paper used.
Due to the digital nature of these products, we are unable to offer any refunds or returns.
